Greg and I have done bugger all in terms of interviews. Literally just two. Does the internet have too much noise? We think so. Weirdly, the numbers on this book are really enormous so i’m starting to suspect that special offers and PR plans don’t really matter at all. Could this radio silence approach be a crazy new strategy?
