The George Reeves show is doing well. The public want more. What do we give them?

MIDGETS IN TERRIFYING DOG-MASKS AS THE CAST OF SUPERMAN!!!

If I’m not mistaken, they could pay little people less during those days in Hollywood. So it may have been to save money. It doesn’t give a full explanation but that could be part of it.

Aw, dang it, Mark! You triggered such an ancient buried memory that my eyebrow started twitching (and I am not kidding!). I was four. My dad left for work daily at 4 a.m… I had seen this Super-Pup thing the previous evening. So, Dad was away when I woke, and Mom was not the best at understanding confused crying/anger. I waited until my Dad got home. He understood. He summed it up like “Superman is a good show. The dog one is crap.” Okay, not too deep or insightful, but definitely 4-year-old level.

Enough psychoanalysis for today, mmm-kay?
