It'd be interesting to hear him talk about the changes he made when directing Insurrection, which was a purposeful shift in storytelling but also a downshift in the verve Frakes brought to First Contact.

Turns out there isn't much there concerning Frakes. It mentions the confidence he had going in, the fake (the really, really fake) beard, but otherwise the notes focus on everything else, really.
I like Frakes' directing. He's also my choice for somebody to play me in a MW movie!
