Marvel Comics: The CB Cebulski Generation Begins!

#4843

Yeah, it’s a very good run. My only real problem with it is that the Ringo-drawn issues are much better than all of the fill-ins.

IMHO, MTMTE/Lost Light has been the best NON-Big 2 team book over the span of its run.

I’m going to regret this…
What does MTMTE stand for?

#4847

It’s short for Marmite. You know the kids today and their skipping of vowels.

Not sure how to feel about this.

That sounds interesting.

Just as long as there’s no Cable.

Those are banning words.

So why, to borrow a Deadpool line, is a guy back who can’t draw feet?

So I read the first 4 or 5 issues of Soule’s Darth Vader series and…well, it’s fine, but I thought a) the story is extremely decompressed, with some issues taking me less than five minutes to read, and b) it lacks a certain charm — it’s just a very nasty Vader murdering people who seem very nice.

It’s a bit of a letdown after Gillen’s amazing run, which not only had Dr Aphra, but which was good at showing the bastard side of Vader while still making him sympathetic. Plus, as a story, the wheels-within-wheels style of Gillen was far more interesting than one-sided/predictable fights that Soule offers up.

What a complete dumpster file of an article.
It’s full of errors and not even up to date with books that came out 2 months ago.
Dammit CBR how the mighty have fallen

You better watch out,
Better not cry
Better not pout
I’m tellin’ you why -
CBR is dead.
