To be honest the Infamous Iron Man and Invincible Iron Man books are both really good, so depending on Robert's Taste he's potentially just got more to look forward to.
I've not had much time to respond since my last post.
What i should have said is I don't like Carol Danvers and I find her really uninteresting, rather than she's a rubbish character, although it will be interesting to see how far the passionate fanbase takes things - I'm not so sure it's that big, I could be wrong.
Regardless, Danvers in Civil War II was an absolute cunt and it doesn't help my lack of bond with the character at all.
Im not sure if blaming that all on Bendis is not just a bit too convenient though - an event that impacts the line in such a far reaching sense, with her as such a key character sounds like planning by committee to me,rather than one writer's idea.
I think Marvel have used Bendis as a useful distraction in the last few years and it would be good to see him over at DC. However, as Jim alludes to, it's a short and very fickle career, so he's entitled to take the work while it's on the table, like any other person who works hard for their family and livliehood.
