Machine Head - Unto the Locust
I love that album. It’s like the perfect hybrid of a more condensed and focused The Blackening and a more melodic and epic sounding Through the Ashes of Empires, both fantastic albums in their own right.

Much as I love Blackening and Locust, Through the Ashes is still my favourite of the three Machine Head have released since their 'rebirth'. It's due to Imperium - a song so epic it would get me air guitaring even if I had no arms.

I've never been able to get into dub reggae, but then I'm more of a ska fan than reggae anyway.

I'm not a connoisseur or anything but I do like it. All stems from the dub station on GTA 3.

Currently listening to the utterly fantastic Bavarian Black Metal masters Lunar Aurora:
Edit: The correct song title is “Der Pakt”. The footage is from the silent movie Faust, though.
