I had a root canal treatment in that tooth 5 years ago, and I have always had the suspicion that my dentist screwed it up because it never felt right, which is one of the reasons why I left that dentist and got a new one. But my new dentist can't find anything

There's a small patch on my upper lip (well, filtrum I think. Tache pad area) that keeps tingling. Only one or two mm diameter, but it's always the same bit.
I assume it means I'm dying.
maybe you're getting a cold sore.

So how do you fare? I need to lose a couple of inches off my waistline, at least. This comes as no surprise to me.

I don't think there is just one indicator of "healthy" weight. Except maybe if you have constant back pain, or if you can't walk up a couple of the stairs anymore, or you don't fit in the largest size clothes they sell at your local mall...then you know you're too fat.

I think it's too far away from my lip for that.
And you're all welcome to my stuff when I die, but you have to fight to the death over it, just so I have some company for the big Millarworld in the sky.

Of course not, but the article says that this method is a more reliable predictor of the likelihood of future problems than the current method used, i.e. BMI.

The weird thing about using BMI for health would be that muscle is heavier than fat, so if you were really buff, with not an ounce of fat, wouldn't you have a higher BMI than someone the same height who's got a bit of a belly?
Yes which is always a problem with BMI. Most rugby players (and American footballers too I'd guess) get rated as 'overweight' or even 'obese' despite being supremely fit professional athletes. I read yesterday that Brad Pitt is rated overweight under BMI.
It works for most people as a general rule but for a true test of health or fitness you need to delve a little deeper.

a can a day, but I would like to stop.
Please help. Suggestions are welcome.

Have you tried not drinking Coke?
Ding ding ding! I don't drink Coke every day, and plan to continue not doing so.
