Now, a bit of shameless self promotion/an excuse to keep the read alive: I'll be handing my portfolio into Duncan Of Jordanstone (Dundee College of Art) tomorrow and I'm more than slightly nervous about it. Guttingly, I didn't get in last year and I've basically spent this year working to get in. It doesn't help that they keep you portfolio for at least two weeks so it could be a day and an age before I actually find out if I'm in or not. And the longer the wait, the less likely you've gotten in too.

On the plus side that means interview season will officially be over as of tomorrow for me so commissions and work will be popping up a lot more rapidly than they have been. In the pipeline at the moment is Craggy's commission, a pin-up piece for Gordon McLean, some work for Niall Doonan and and a comic with Kenny Jeffrey and maybe another with a guy called Oluf Sonne. And after the next two weeks/month depending on how long Dundee have my folio some coursework should be rearing it's head in here.

So watch this space. Oh, and any luck you could wish me would be greatly appreciated! Cheers.

good luck with the portfolio thing! don't worry adam, DOJ could only handle so much Balson Brand Awesomeness at one time, without overloading, but they've recalibrated the doo-dads and I'm sure they're all set for you.

edit: holy fng f-balls. I just had the best idea for a story for you two to work on. I just need to write it, and get you both drunk for incriminating photo-blackmailing now.

Well I'm working (relatively) hard and I'm not sure if I can post all the work I've done since there's other people involved in saying what can and can't go up so here's sketches I can do what I like with. When I drew the Constantine one I was using a Simon Bisley cover as a reference on how to draw John thumbless and scarred so if it looks to much like Bisley's style, my bad:
