Ran uphill to friends house. Did about an hour and a half in his home gym (aka the garage). Ran downhill. The downhill run was much more enjoyable.

Beach-ward bound. There may be ice cream involved.

Beach jaunt was nice. A range of weather were experienced - sun, wind, rain, fog - as was to be expected in my neck of the woods.

Fog? And was ice-cream consumed?

I'm having a lazy weekend. Just caught up with BKV's Saga - gutted there's now a two-month wait for #7, but I'm sure it'll be worth it - and now I'm about to watch Cabin in the Woods.

Fog wasn't the right word, overcast was what I meant.

And yeah, regardless of the weather, a Mr Whippy is always partaken in when visiting the beach.

Woke up feeling headachey and nauseous. Is it possible to have a psychosomatic hangover? Because there wasn't any alcohol involved. Posted Image

Anyway, there's this big ass street art festival in town. Dragged my carcass there and back through the blistering heat which, amazingly, seemed to help with my malaise. Going to take it easy tonight.

Sorry, Ulf. There are things that feel just like a hangover (miserable). They are called diseases. Dis (not) ease (comfortable). Truly, there are other things that are also not hangovers.

Or maybe you just got up feeling like crap. It happens. This makes the Universe joyful. They/It got one in on Ulf. Big Universe. Great sensitivity to low levels of entertainment. The Universe loves a good Loverboy concert.

I had a Cornetto today, bought from a petrol station for full authentic holiday feeling. It didn't melt before I could eat it. Which was nice.

Red wine and 35 degrees celsius may not be a wise combination.

So far I'm enjoying it though.

I'm thinking about going vegetarian or, at the very least, a polpescetarian (only poultry and fish) for a number of reasons. One, I'm not sure if the food being slaughtered is exactly halal. Two, to be more healthier, leaner and attentive. Three, I actually feel sorry for these animals.

So you don't feel sorry for the fish and the chickens? Posted Image

I'm almost vegetarian except I have meat to put on my bread for lunch, like prosciutto or salami...that's one thing I am not yet willing to give up. Dinner is almost always vegetarian.,

I was thinking of becoming a vegetarian. But I like eating meat and am not overly keen on vegetables and nuts and...beans and rice and what have you.

edit: I was also thinking of becoming a truck, but I'm not a Transformer.

I did a google search for someone cosplaying as a Tonka truck so I could post it and tell you to follow your dream Craggy.. Problem is there were no pictures so I guess I can't give you that motivation and you'll just have to let that dream die and crumble. Sorry.

I'd say that's a perfect opportunity to take the title of the thread to heart Craggy: Go Forth And Do Things That Have Never Been Done Before!

Oh dear. Um. Er. Well. Let me put it like this, that's not actually something- well, no let's actually just not talk about this.

Bugger. Hope it gets better soon. Are you just incapacitated or does it hurt, too?
