My results were: 81% Obama, 18% Romney, 90% California, and 87% America. I can buy the first two there, but the California and America ones don't really seem to make sense.

I know most people are shocked I'm not in lockstep with Obama, but there's a few things were I don't agree with his strategy. In the last election I was actually closest to Biden. It'd be nice to have an analysis of the questions to see where the disagreements are.

If you click on the candidate on your results page, it shows what questions you agree/disagree on.

The poll says I agree most with Romney on domestic issues but then when I click on domestic issues it says I only agree with him about one thing, and I also agree with President Obama about it. That's a bit strange.

I salute Mitt Romney, for tonight he has achieved what I thought was impossible: he has put me firmly on the same side as Boris Johnson and David Cameron.
Romney’s Remarks on Olympics Cause Stir in London
LONDON — Mitt Romney’s carefully choreographed trip to London caused a diplomatic stir when he called the British Olympic preparations “disconcerting” and questioned whether Londoners would turn out to support the Games.
“The stories about the private security firm not having enough people, the supposed strike of the immigration and customs officials, that obviously is not something which is encouraging,” Mr. Romney said in an interview with NBC on Wednesday.
That prompted a tart rejoinder from the British prime minister, David Cameron. “We are holding an Olympic Games in one of the busiest, most active, bustling cities anywhere in the world. Of course it’s easier if you hold an Olympic Games in the middle of nowhere,” an allusion to Salt Lake City, which hosted Games that Mr. Romney oversaw.

Seriously, someone should pull a Bible out and ask them to swear on it.

In other news, I gotta admit all this news about Chick-fil-a being anti-gay is just making me want to go get some Chick-fil-a for dinner. I used to eat there all the time back in Ky, but they only just opened one up in my neighborhood.
They've apparently had a huge spike in sales.

Yeah but neither is being gay, arguably.Well, lying isn't a sin, right?
This seems fitting:

I swear that one Leviticus passage is the only one from that section that most bible-thumpers know.
No, it's the only one they acknowledge. Because there are a lot of them in trouble otherwise.
I'm a Christian but I believe the New Testament supersedes the Old.

Yeah, but "don't be a dick to your fellow man" takes away a lot of the fun for the hypocritical subset of organized religion. For some, the whole point of joining a faith is the feeling of superiority that comes with it.

I'm wondering if the state and US numbers are self generated from people answering the poll.
Even so, how could both you and ToddG agree with a majority of the US? Something's screwy. I took the quiz last week - I side 87% with Obama, 5% with Mitt and 75% with America. Apparently.
The "Obamacare" question is pretty tricky - Greens and Republicans would both be opposed to it, but for completely different reasons...

How are the private security firm not having enough people and a strike of immigration and customs officials during the Olympics not disconcerting, though?

They kind of are, but it's very poor form in terms of international diplomacy to mention it. An aspiring head of state should know better (especially when it's his political equivalents in power!).How are the private security firm not having enough people and a strike of immigration and customs officials during the Olympics not disconcerting, though?
