Capacity, range and accuracy are all important so MW'ers I ask you; what's your recommendation?

Takes quite some time to reload too, but once you hit someone with that it's what we germans used to call "Endlösung".
Oh and of course very limited range.

There was one on sale when I were a lad that had a backpack you could attach, which contained extra bottles. That's for the kid that serious about urban waterfare.

Spray nozzle attached to garden hose. Unlimited water supply with superior pressure. Range can be limited and hose sabotage is possible, though.

Ha, that reminds me. A few summers ago the kid that lives next door was being a tool, firing a supersoaker over the fence at my house, aiming mainly at my bedroom window, my conservatory and even getting my dog (who was pretty timid anyway). So I went out into the garden, unravelled the hose and shouted over the fence telling them to stop firing the super soaker. Another burst of water comes over the fence in my general direction. So I let loose with the hose for a sustained spray of about three minutes. And unfortunately for him, his parents had left some washing out on their line.

I take it you didn't have anymore problems?

Not with water pistols. He was still a twat in general for a good few years though.

As I like to say (and appropriate for the thread): It's never too late for a drowning at birth. Not with water pistols. He was still a twat in general for a good few years though.

Works just fine:
Or this, fits in a pocket when you're on an undercover mission or as a backup to your main firearm:

Of course if our summer continues as it has, weather-wise, you won't need water pistols - you could just stand in the rain!

1. A pump or pumping action (think shotgun) to build pressure
2. A trigger to release that pressure
Don't buy any watergun with just a pump, which means they just squirt out with each pump.
Chewy................................................... or if you are close to water, a nice syringe style gun is good.
