Go Team Mods!!! Good luck with this guys!
This weekend kicked off pretty early - staff BBQ at work and I had my first beer at 3pm. Went to the pub afterwards and ended up stumbling home at ??? o'clock. Apparently I promptly fell asleep on the sofa and refused to go to bed. Suffering for it now.
Nothing else really planned. Meant to be cutting the grass in the garden but I cannot be hooped with it.

We finished. Pics when we get back to civilization, which is a loose definition of Patrick's place. Or if we're friends, check my Facebook for some Instagrams.

Everyone survived? No broken bones then?

Scratches and scrapes but nothing broken, save the lock to Patrick's liquor cabinet.

Please don't break the lock to the weapons room. I'd be scared for your safety. And that of rural America.
And well done! Alice, James, Sanjay and I did our own version of the Warrior Dash across South London, and raised a glass to your efforts.

And I'm still sweating more than both you lots!
My activity: sitting.
Let me put it this way, 104 F, drank 1 1/2 gal water (plus other fluids) - peed once.
Seriously, congratulations and kudos to you obstacle runners. Revel in the physicality!

FYI, jumping into an ice cold creek instantly cures a hangover.

Yeah, I felt kinda wobbly until the pond. Then I felt great.

Y'know, that's probably something I should have mentioned a while back.
Good for washing off "remnants" as well.
And feeding the fish.
That wall-climb looks like a bitch. What were the hardest events? (Other than "waking up in the morning"!

Crawling through the trenches with bar wire overhead and rocks underneath was the biggest pain, I thought.

Yeah that part sucked but wasn't too hard. The monkey ropes were a pain in the ass. For me though, waking up was tough. And waiting in the ridiculous bus line to get back to the car.Crawling through the trenches with bar wire overhead and rocks underneath was the biggest pain, I thought.

Sanjay had to cross the river. Your suffering pales in comparison.

What's sad is that I'm not even in good enough shape to watch the whole race.
(You guys look great for a bunch of hungoverriver rats, though/)

According to the results that came out today, more than 10,000 finished. Add in those who didn't, friends and families, etc., and that's a lot of people.
