Hey, Banana milk is good. I don't mean like some sort of cultured banana byproduct like coconut milk, I just mean milk with banana flavoring. Nestle makes some, although it's rare to find it.

I'm afraid I can't share Noel's love for orange juice mixed with milk. For whatever reason most brands of orange juice here are sold with a mix of milk and it's minging, I seek out the Just Juice 100% "I'm just as God made me sir" version.

Well, one of the many nice things about Mexico, is that you can find a lot of street-stands selling freshly squeezed pure 100% orange juice (or many other fruits & combinations) for a rather modest price... The carrot/orange juice is quite good. =)

Same here, juice usually means the fruit through a blender, no artificial crap. That milk stuff isn't right.

Indeed, third-world countries do have some perks :D

Actually, the guys who sell juice also do all sorts of fruit milkshakes, obviously fresh... If you're feeling adventurous you can really ask whatever combination springs into your mind and the guy will do it

I'm drinking silver needle white tea. Brill stuff. It's syrupy sweet, with an aroma of summer hay drying in the sun.

They look like hairy bug cocoons:

One cup of coffee a day. Then water, water, and water.

After a long run, chocolate milk. After a tough workout skim milk.

For breakfast every morning I have a protein smoothie. Usually spinach and a banana with blue berries with water and MuscleTech protein powder.

On rare occasions I'll have Coke or Dr Pepper.

I will echo your one cup of coffee a day. I always have one in the morning but I rarely have more than one. Only on a rough day do I have more.

Water is the most important for me because I get dehydrated easily and it causes migraines. I need to try and drink a lot of water. I also drink a lot of gatorade because it really helps with headaches. I've suffered from migraines my whole life.

I have two shakes a day. One in the morning and a time released one before bed. With both I mix Vegegreens. I'm a big fan of Vegegreens.

My treat drink is chocolate milk. I loves me some choco-moo.

One cup of coffee a day (two on Saturdays if I'm feeling reckless). The rest of the time I mostly drink water.

I very rarely have fizzy drinks. I like coke but I always feel really guilty while drinking it Posted Image

I like ginger ale at room temp, Earl Grey tea, milk and water, particularly the water from the well where I grew up.
