Issue 2 of the surprisingly successful (well, it was a surprise to me!) comic from me and fellow Millarworld-er Caio is now available. Full details HERE (you'll also find the first half of #1 on the site for free! FREE!).

The new issue sees things become very, very bad for poor Sid, forced into the supercriminal world with nothing but a fake scar for company. Jack Slaughter is revealed in all his horrible glory and we see just how evil he truly is.

And then there’s Pieces who… well, you’ll need to read the issue to experience that twisted scene-stealer.

Here's a free taste:

Really nice stuff. The arts solid, story seems good and the writing is edgy and pacy.

Keep it up.

Same here. Read it, was a fun book, with great art as suspected.

Well, I guess I should join in on the praise! I’ve read both issues (I bought them Posted Image)
You and your art team are doing excellent work, the way the pictures and the dialogue fits together is great too! Nothing else to say other than that!

I know you sent me a copy of No More Heroes #1 Gordon but I feel like should buy both the first two issues since you (and Caio) totally deserve my money! Posted Image

Thanks, everyone.

And to those who came to the Kapow stall: I hope me and the rest of Glasgow crew were at least semi-coherent and/or conscious (damn you, alcohol!!!).

Adam: buy three of each! Think of them as a wise investment for the future. Possibly. Umm...

Hey Gordon, very cool stuff. Did you think to try Red 5 or Ape Entertainment yet?

Thanks again for all the support and kind words! Always a boost to hear someone likes the comic and it almost - almost! - makes me feel guilty about watching episodes of Community when I should be working on scripts. But then I have another bowl of Cheerios and go back to oogling Alison Brie.

James: I'd love to pitch to Red 5 (I'm a HUGE fan of Atomic Robo) but sadly they say they're not interested in superhero stuff just now. Ape Entertainment is one I haven't seen before - I'll definitely need to look into hitting them up. Thanks!

And I have to share this preview image from #3:

Should I be worried that animal *ahem* Slaughter seems to bring out the best in Caio's art?

Just read the second issue (came really fast after ordering thanks).

Whilst I loved the first one I found this to be even better.

Jack Slaughter rules and you did a great job of building Black Fury's character through those flash backs.

Can't wait for issue #3
