It seems like getting down (safely) would be even harder than going up.

There are some pretty amazing librairies in the world. I would love to spend some time in them taking photos.

They are nice libraries and while it'd be cool to visit them, I just know there'd be a part of me thinking 'yeah, but they haven't got anything you want to read.' especially in the foreign language ones.

I can get books from any old library. Architecture like that I cannot. That right there is practically porn.

Real, not something from a strange movie. http://www.cincinnatilibrary.org/

Looks a lot like the library from the Arkham Asylum game actually.

I dispute the logic of their Antarctica pitch, they may have 15 times as many strikes, but they have hundreds, maybe thousands less people per square foot than practically anywhere else, so it stands to reason that you'd be most likely to be actually hit in a place with highest populations per square foot, like Hong Kong or something.

Yeah, but they're constantly whining about an aging population. They have to import retirement home staffs from Indonesia. They're also building robots that can carry people around, and robot seals to keep them company.

With your gene pool that's likely to be a long time.

The map's funny, but I'm not sure how they worked out their conclusions?

Fore example; I was under the impression that Australia still has more of a skin cancer problem than an "eaten by sharks" problem?

I think it's meant to be "if you're going to die to a shark, you'd probably be in Australia at the time," more than "if you're going to die in Australia, it'll probably be via shark."
