Bit damned late though since I'm now toying with going to bed...
Have a drink instead.

Man, I'm over my hangover but I don't think I could stomach anything more potent than the tea in front of me at the moment...
hmm, it seems a giant lobster appeared, as opposed to the jagger bombs i meant to post.

Seems to be mostly gone now, thank God.
Graded six of the graduation exams, most of the students did pretty much as expected (which is in one case very well indeed), some others quite a bit worse than they've performed before. I may see some of them in oral exams (which is basically what happens when the grades of the exams they wrote during the last two years and of the graduation exam differ too much).

Just in from a 10k run (pleased with my time, got it done in under an hour). Feeling a bit sore but not 100% spent. Could this be - shock horror - a sign of an increase in my fitness?!?
That's awesome. Not too shabby a time at all.

Me, I'm trying to start working. Must... stop... procrastinating...
(I'm working from home Mondays now, on account of the graduating year of students not actually having lessons anymore, whoo-hoo!)

If the rain wins, this will be the moment I officially become middle aged

Cheers Will, I will confess I'm pretty damned chuffed with myself! Aiming to repeat it later in the week. Hopefully this wasn't just a fluke!

How does that work? Do you only teach one year group a day?
I had my last lesson with my S4 class today who are now on study leave for their final exams. Once the S5 / S6 lot go off next week that leaves me with 4 free hours in a row on Monday mornings! Brilliant! Shame my reports have to be done this week.

Nah, but I had three course in the graduating year (so 9 lessons in my week that are gone).
