The division champion is Benson Henderson, Diaz fighting him would make for a very, very exciting match

And I agree, as much as I can't stand either Diaz brother, they're incredible athletes.

That was a great card. Lots of good fights.

The Ultimate Fighter Live will certainly be interesting this Friday.
EDIT: http://network.yardb...rs_acl/10738547
Dominick Cruz has torn his ACL and will not be fighting Urijia Faber at UFC 148. The story was first reported by Phytegurus.com. *update* Dana white has confirmed that Cruz is out.
A standard ACL rehab will take 7 to 9 months and with 3 month training camp, Cruz could be out for a year. There have been certain situations where the athlete has recovered within 4 months. However, even with a fast recovery, Cruz will not be able to recover in time.
Cruz was scheduled to fight Faber at UFC 148 on July 7, 2012. Anderson Silva vs Chael Sonnen will be the main event. The card is taking place at MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Faber’s opponent has not been announced. There are two possible fighters that will likely replace Cruz, Renan Barão and Michael McDonald. Renan Barão is unbeaten in his last 29 bouts and has a recent win over Scott Jorgensen. He is also a training partner of the current UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo at Nova União. Micheal McDonald is coming off a huge win by beating Miguel Torres in the 1st round. McDonald outstruck Torres with crisp combinations and finished him with an uppercut. McDonald is on a 7 fight win streak with 4 of the fights being in the UFC.

EDIT 2: According to http://espn.go.com/m...ut-urijah-faber:
Cruz (19-1) suffered the injury while preparing to make his fifth 135-pound title defense.
Definitely going to be watching TUF Live Friday.

But that right hand of Hendo can put down a bull. That's his one ticket in the fight. One overhand right hand and it's over. Let's see if he can put it to good use.

UFC put on a free show on FUEL TV last night (yes, a Tuesday and no, I don't know what channel it is either), if you didn't catch it the almost-nameless dudes BRUNG IT.
Stellar fights, mostly, and the main even is probably fight of the year so far. The winner of that main event (won't spoil it) is almost certainly fighting for the title, possibly against Jose Aldo. If Aldo's name is not familiar to you, google him IMMEDIATELY young padawan.
Here's a few links to the best fights for y'all:
Chang Sung "Korean Zombie" Jun vs Dustin Poirier (main event)

Maldonado vs Pokrajac

Jabouin vs Hougland

Enjoy! Also, remember there is a Strikeforce event this Saturday. The card is weak in principle, but they said so about yesterday's UFC on FUEL too.
The main event Saturday though is Josh Barnett, a great grappler with a long history, vs Daniel Cormier, a friggin' OLYMPIC CAPTAIN of the US wrestling team.
Morsels you say? Why, certainly me lads!:

I used to be on team Pacquiao, but I think I've just switched to team Mayweather.
Naturally Manny is eating his words but the damage has been done. Fuck him up Floyd!

Paul Sass just won himself hundreds if not thousands of fans-- namely, everyone who hated Volkmann's anti Obama stupid comments after every fight.
