There's a law, or a charter or a human right or something.

Hotel fixtures and fittings have to be able to withstand sex up to 'room-shakingly vigorous' on the sex activity scale.
There's a law, or a charter or a human right or something.
Easily the funniest thing I have read all day. Thanks Mike.

I don't think he's playing a game. I think you posted:Not playing your game, Will
.
And when we gave you our thoughts we asked why you thought sex is so different from showering or sleeping. You started this subject, don't you want us to discuss it with you?The woman’s barrister argued that sex was an “ordinary incident of life” in a hotel room, much like showering and sleeping.
Thoughts from Millarworld?!?! This is seriously insane to me.

With a moral issue - she shouldn't have been having sex- then I can understand your position. Not necessarily agree but understand.
With a legal issue I don't think you have a leg to stand on. She clearly has a case.

Even then - how is it insane that a woman in her late thirties has sex with a friend? One can find it objectable, I suppose, but it's certainly not insane. It might not even be all that unusual...

I don't think it's insane at all. But I understand from a moral standpoint Stephen might object to her having premarital sex.
Reading back on his comments maybe he's saying he thinks it is insane to equate sex with ordinary, human behavior like showering and sleeping?

But that doesn't make sense, either, does it? I mean, it doesn't get more normal than having sex.
It doesn't make sense to me; I believe sex is normal and healthy.
That's why I asked for clarification on Stephen's post.

I think we need to see a CrimeWatch style re-enactment of the actions and events that led to the light falling.
Or a Taiwanese News CGI re-enactment.

Or, for me anyway, more normal than causing light fixtures to fall off the wall while having sex.

Yeah, who hasn't had that happen to them a few times?

That's the upside of only having sex in unlit stationary cupboards, don't have to worry about that.
