Yep - it reminds me of that skit on the Daily Show when they had a debate between Governor George Bush of Florida and President George Bush just before the 2004 elections. They could do the same with Romney -
You can do this with every politician, including Romney and Obama.
Lest we forget Senator Obama going on record as being AGAINST an individual mandate? Or the Obama that was going to close Gitmo? Every politician has grand ideas until the real world hits and nothing goes quite right.

George Washington named Britain's greatest foe ever.

Britain's greatest foe...Puh-leaze.
Who handed the Royal Navy the greatest defeat in their history?

Had he renounced his citizenship at that point or was he still considered a British subject (that probably depends on if you ask the colonists or the British doesn't it?)

Romneycare worked out pretty well for Mittens. Till enough people were suckered into hating it on a bigger scale, because 'big government ooga booga' remains a sound political strategy in this country. Now he's running from it both confirming how great it is but how bad it is. Guy must be a master at twister.Every politician has grand ideas until the real world hits and nothing goes quite right.

You mean that Empire that reached its peak in the nineteenth century?
This is a weird list, anyway. Michael Collins is ahead of Napoleon Bonnaparte.
A, wait. I see how it is: Drunk Irishmen.
The online poll was launched in the middle of February, and around St Patrick's Day – March 17 – there was a surge in support for Michael Collins, although several people pointed out on the museum's website that, technically, the guerrilla leader never led an army on a battlefield.
Ah, and this is why Attatürk is so high up the list:
the contest was later featured in the Turkish media, leading to wave of support for Atatürk, who ended up winning with more than 3,000 votes – 40 per cent of those cast.
Somehow, I can't see Germans voting to support Rommel...

That's technically incorrect. Collins did lead troops on a battlefield. It was in the Irish Civil War rather than the War of Independence, but still.
Reading over that, it all seems pretty pathetic

Either way, he learned his craft in the British army. That explains why he was any good.

That's right, we lost it ALL.... except for the 66% of it that lies above 41 degrees north. You may not have heard of that part, though. It's the white space you see to the north on your maps, marked with the words "Here be furriners".

He did learn his craft in the British army, but apparently he was better at expanding on his base knowledge.

You may not have lost Canada, but you did lose the most important part of North America.
So again, USA! USA!
