Arizona legislature passes bill outlawing trolling

The Arizona legislature passed a bill (HB 2549), currently sitting on the Governor's desk, that was designed to fight bullying and stalking. However, it includes a line that has people worried (emphasis mine):

It is unlawful for any person, with intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend, to use any electronic or digital device and use any obscene, lewd or profane language or suggest any lewd or lascivious act, or threaten to inflict physical harm to the person or property of any person.

The ambigous language has some saying that it could now be criminal in Arizona to post on the internet anything that a judge or jury might find offesnive or annoying, with penalties starting as a Class 1 misdemeanor with up to 6 months in jail.
