I can't really say anything that hasn't already been said but - Jim seems to have the right idea about looking for jobs prematurely but keep fighting for your job too if you can. I'm not sure if my college need a photocopier but I'm sure the art department specifically could always use one, I'll need to ask.

Good luck though Matt, hope it all goes well!

I'll drop the word about but I don't know anyone in my biz who has a copier.
Best of luck Matt, I hope it works out, mate

That fact you offered to put the word about is kind enough buddy thank!
Beer soon on me, actually i might be skint so i'll let you pay! Posted Image

Cheers Ad, you're a lovely bloke Posted Image

I feel sort of bad about kicking the photocopier earlier now that I see it as a faithful workhorse doing its best to hold its own against the evil printer army.

The more you kick it the more chance ive got of selling you a new one!
Either that or i could model for your photography!!!! (i'll think you'll kick it more now to avoid the second option) Posted Image

I would help more but I live across the pond here in the USA and that just won't work.

Well that's no excuse! Posted Image
Cheers for the kind words!

By the way it isn't just sales baloney on the cheaper cost. I ran a project in a previous job where the removed all printers and replaced them with networked copiers and saved thousands a year, I even got a little award for it.

You should become a paper salesman, then you can sell to all your pre-existing copier clients all the time.
