Of course, 11 being in the Anniversary episode doesn't preclude his regenerating prior to that.Smith is confirmed to be in the show at least until the 50th Anniversary special. That would be the Christmas 2013 episode, unless they aired an extra-special episode early or as part of Nu-Who S8.

So pretty consistent with his overall modus operandi.

Amy finds The Doctor's copy of Lesbian Spank Inferno? If the footage escaping from New York is being interpreted right, the departure of Amy and Rory will be very emotional, well-acted and well-written... but a variation on something Moffat has done before.
So pretty consistent with his overall modus operandi.

Karen Gillan joined Twitter. And apparently hung out with Brent Spiner.

I am slightly worried by some tweets today that suggested Chris Chibnall wrote their final episode though. Is that right?

Don't think so: http://en.wikipedia....Eleventh_Doctor
Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill will leave their roles in the fifth episode of the series, an episode which will feature the Weeping Angels.[40] Alex Kingston will also return to the series for this episode.[41][42] Jenna-Louise Coleman will play the Doctor's new companion, and make her first appearance in the sixth episode of the series, which will be aired around Christmas 2012.[43] The currently planned broadcast order has a first episode written by Moffat and directed by Nick Hurran, followed by an episode written by Chibnall, directed by Metzstein and guest starring Williams, Graves and Bradley.[44] The third episode is a Wild West adventure starring Browder, Scarborough, Dominic Kemp and Rob Cavezos and written by Whithouse, part of which was shot in Spain in March 2012.[44][45] The Daleks are also slated to appear.[46][47] The Australian ABC iView website announced that the seventh series of Doctor Who will be released September 2012 in Australia.[48] On 4 April, Doctor Who Magazine reported that episode 4 would also be written by Chibnall, and would be directed by Douglas Mackinnon.[33]
[edit]
Looks like Chibnall wrote eps 2 and 4, and this is 5.
