It's due to the fact that it's not the sort of thread MW users want. I can't really think of a single user that would be interested in getting feedback on how they can make themselves look like a happening guy. In fact I imagine a vast majority of people are scoffing at the idea of this thread - that's why it went down the pan within the space of the first reply.
