It starts to get tricky when you've got 40 albums by a band Posted Image

The bands you follow will let you whittle down the albums depending on what line up is play though won't they? ;)

I've been on a Metal kick lately. I've been listening to my Sepultra station on Pandora. Nothing like that and some Pantera to get you going!!

I watched the VH1 Pantera documentary yesterday. Damn freaking shame about Dimebag…

That it is. Someone told me it is the 20th anniversary of Vulgar Display of Power or it just was. That might have what started my Metal kick this past week.

I fell for Pantera with Cowboys from Hell. I knew their first few hair metal albums and was mighty impressed with the musicianship but the songwriting and style didn’t really grab me. And then came Cowboys from Hell

I guess my favorite Pantera (and extreme Metal as such) album is Far Beyond Driven with The Great Southern Trendkill being a close second.

Far Beyond Driven is great. They just don't make bands like them these days or at least I don't think they do.
