Been a while since I've posted anything here so figured I would show some of the coloured pages from issue 4 of Lloyd and the Bear.

I've made a few changes to this issue as I realise I kind of rushed this issue when I originally did it.

Hopefully I'll get the issue out in full by the end of the month although admittedly I've been a lot slower this weekend than I had hoped...... humph.

Yeah, I blame that for the lack of work getting done. Whoops.

I had a dream last night that I saw Loyd and the Bear T-Shirts in a regular magazine. Maybe good luck is coming and LatB is going to be a big sensation soon.

I once dreamt that I had a chat with Joan Collins in a park and she patted me on the hand and said that she was going to look out for me and help with promoting Lloyd and the Bear.

Still waiting for her to do her bit but I have to admit I did wake up feeling absolutely great that morning.

I'm impressed that I've now gone viral in peoples dreams though.......

I'm still pushing LATB at school as much as I can, even recommended it to a parent who wanted something fun for his son to read...

Thank you so much! That's really great of you to do and totally cool to hear that your pushing kid focused comics (especially if it's mine!) as it's a real tough one with the current market to find ones that are suitable.

Done a comparison to one of the pages in issue #4

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I've spotted a typo mistake in that I'm missing a comma. My spell checking is horrible.

Is it the typo that the kids keep pointing out to me, but for the life of me I can't remember now...!

Um........... possibly? There's enough of them! On that page it's that I've not put a comma before the 'commander'

Another comparison - finally finished the interiors to issue 4 and now just doing a couple of other tweakings before I get them printed.

gorgeous as always.
Such an adorable comic.
It really needs to be animated.

Cheers guys. I really want the day to come where I see a Lloyd and the Bear movie trailer (and yeah, I would end up clapping and get carried away in an otherwise quiet cinema).

Me too because i know you'll want me to do a voice in the movie.
Hell I'd goes as far a do a live action cameo appearance much like the Great Bill Murray in Space jam Posted Image

Yesterday was the first day back after the half term break and as usual I did a "what did you do over the holiday" q and a session before any teaching. One of the lads told me he had been to London with his parents and asked if he could show the class what he bought.
Turns out he had got himself issue one of LatB in colour! I was very excited by this and spent ages talking about the comic again.
