I know! I haven't seen it yet. I'm waiting on Seibertron.com as it's the main place I visit much for toy stuff, want to see that Death's Head. Will probably be worth getting to go with my TFs and Old Man John McClane and The Rock.

Now I want that Wheeljack. I had a lot of Transformers as a kid, and Wheeljack was one of my favorites (no clue why, I just liked the design I guess.

Looks like I'll be buying a Marvel toy then

Word is that Death's Head is a Marvel Legends. Fair enough, as he's more in scale with Transformers that way. I'd hope that if they adapt the other Marvel UK types into plastic that they do it in the Marvel Universe line. That'd be better for the likes of Circuit Breaker, I imagine.

Hmm, I think I'd still prefer him as an MU figure (he'd be cheaper for one thing) but ML is ok.

Surely a mask would have been more appropriate?
Buying Wheeljack led me to two things. First, messing about with some of my other Generations etc style TFs, especially Tracks, who Wheeljack is a remould of. Wheeljack is definitely the better version. Fits together much more solidly in vehicle mode, especially getting the arms to fold up in the boot.
Other thing was looking for the Classics/Universe figures I'd missed on eBay. Somewhat depressed. Not much of any of them about and they're mostly all going for silly money, even loose.

Lots. I missed out on all of Classics (well, I say 'missed out', I really passed up on loads of it, some at insanely good prices around when it came out and I'm still not sure why) and couldn't get a lot of Universe. Really want to get Hound, Sunstreaker, Prowl, Henkei version of Smokescreen, Jetfire, Henkei Prime, Mirage, Henkei Galvatron, Octane, Astrotrain and some others I'm forgetting.
Not that I have any money at the moment though, so it's all academic.

Of those, I have Jetfire and the recent Galvatron repaint, from the 2 pack with Hot Rod and Cyclonus. Kinda want all the rest there (and a few more besides). I have a dream of one day having the complete cast of Transformers: The Movie in Classics form. I'm actually not doing to bad if I include designs from other lines, and am actually thinking of hunting down a couple more Energon guys since I already have a good lot of the main characters from that era. Going to have to go the 3rd party of custom route for some of the guys though.
Word of warning on Galvatron, the toy is a lod of poo. He's got a teeeny tiny head, his arms and legs are all wonky and he doesn't go into alt mode. Like, it is actually impossible to put him into tank mode. Worst part is he has a really quite cool transformation, the head sculpt is pretty nice and he really could have been so much better if he was just a size class larger and finished. Jetfire is fng gold thought.

currently seeing about buying the G2 styled Reveal The Shield Optimus Prime and Maketoys' Battle Tanker add-on. Not on my "need" list, just my want list, because it's cool and seems like it's coming out at a good price. Woulda pre-ordered it but the original Prime toy was damn near impossible to find before the upgrade kit was announced.
edit: got it. and for a price shipped from the US and including the base figure, that is less than the upgrade kit on its own from Kapow Toys.
Of course, now comes the waiting to receive it.

Nice score.
Yeah, I'm iffy on Galvatron. I think I might hold out for a better version of him. Hopefully they might do a Cybertronian alt mode version of him,

I only got Galvatron...hell I only got Cyclonus... because I needed a Hot Rod to go in the Protector Armour I was getting.
Turned out Cyclonus was real good, but Galvy wasn't. Still, it's nice to have those 2 and Scourge standing below my Armada ROM: Spaceknight. I still want another Hot Rod (Classics or Henkei) so that it fits the colours of the Protector armour/trailer better. Probably keep the bright one as Targetmaster Hot Rod then.
Oooh! Targetmasters! Kapow Toys has the Micron Arms blind-packed Mini-con weaponformers on pre-order. I've bought a pack of 5 for £15 so far, but might stick another lot in if they're still available on release and I'm buying any thing else...which is pretty likely. There's also 10 for £30.
Guy I bought my Battle Tanker off of says he'll send it today. Woop!
edit: a better Galvatron - how about Superlink Galvatron? He's a repaint of the Voyager size Energon Megatron, and looks the part. Haven't actually seen one for sale any time I've looked mind, you.

won an ebay auction for the Emergency Team Minicons. a little police car, fire truck and...ambulance helicopter?...that turn into wee robots and also into weapons for any minicon port sporting TF. I been after these little guys for ages, after skipping most of the AEC-era, and am very excited to finally get my hands on them. I love Targetmaster type bots. and Minicons that have 3 modes makes it even better!
also, been hearing good things about the newest 3rd party Devastator, Maketoys' Giant. They're releasing them in 2packs at £100-ish each to begin with, but have said there will be a green version of all 6 in a gift set. I'm thinking that will be my birthday gift to myself.

I had those Emergency Minicons (sold all my minicons in a big lot a few months ago) and by the standard of Minicons, they're some of the best. The Air Strike Team (I think they're called) is pretty good as well. They turn into weapons also, one's a shuriken, I think one's a sword.

It is a bit off form, but I like it. It's good Hasbro are putting out new ideas like this and not just limiting themselves to updates of 80s characters. It's a shame we didn't get the Data Viper as well. The Kwinn figure shown off last year with this current wave of figures seems to have disappeared as well.
