you can really tell who has had plastic surgery. i'm looking at you, michelle pfeiffer!


We all know about Cher but Paula Abdul has a significantly different nose today.

Fat Russell Brand is funny, I read his book on a plane and he kept saying he was a fat kid and I didn't take it seriously until I got to the photo pages and that pic was on there.

I think Brand and Pamela Anderson are the least recognisable. There simply isn't a trace of the Pamela Anderson we know in her pic.

Yeah, to the extent that it almost seems like a mistake.

Although...I remember when she first showed up in Playboy and that woman doesn't look much like present day Pam either.

It is. I've seen that pic going back decades, same with the Bruce Willis one, no photoshop there.

Not that surgery has never been involved (John Wayne and Frank Sinatra had facelifts) but styling can do a lot. It's always struck me at annual dinners at work that some girls I can barely recognise from the office. This is the cover of his second album but the first that made any money.

I actually think that Russell Brand is quite similar, the chin, cheek bones etc. It's just the fact that he is chubby and with slicked back hair that makes him initially unrecognisable.
