I just ran home from work. Got my distance up to 8km in a pretty good time (for me). Downside? I ran so hard my right nipple chafed and bled. Hurts like a mofo!

Consider yourself blessed. I usually have to pay someone to make my nipples bleed.

And it's not easy finding a good, affordable nipple-bleeder.

It's nothing compared to the digital comics thread.

4 projects down, 4 to go, today!
I'm hitting the 5th pretty hard, as we speak.

Huh, I haven't dived into that thread yet. Let's have a shuftie...
EDIT: Compared to my bloody nipple the Digital Comics thread was a stroll in the park. Shame Ogul made Gar cry though.

There may have been a strong element of dramatic license there.
Ogul has two tactics when involved in these 'brick wall' arguments. One is pretending he doesn't quite understand what you are saying, even though it is plainly obvious, the other is "I am being bullied, woe is me". Both are preferable to admitting he may not quite have considered that point fully and someone else may have something useful to contribute, such as David Meadows and I working in IT support functions and knowing the costs involved in some detail.
I used to work with a guy that had a similar mindset so I'm used to the patterns. My choice this time was to join in the 'woe is me'. This was followed by a PM stating I was 'irrational', 'pissed off' and "an ass". I only give out personal insults on this board when David Chapman and Simon Cooper are involved so I was pretty safe in the knowledge this was one way. Private messaging has been disabled.

So not only did he clipe, but Bruce is exaggerating to get Tim into trouble?
Even more reprehensible.

From the thread:
I merely report the fact as I see them. It's not my fault if reality does not back these facts up.
I'm off to have a cry.

I just passed out, in a serious way, during my lunch break. 30 minutes of epic, power-napping goodness.

I'm finishing off a box of Celebrations that a friend brought round. Anyone want the Bountys? I hate coconut.

Wow! It's half past midnight and I'm still awake... this is the latest I've been up in ages. To celebrate I'm away to bed! Want to get up at a decent time tomorrow and go for a run in the a.m. before getting on the train to Edinburgh.
